Moussaka party
Yesterday night, I decided to treat my friends with a home-made moussaka... With Laure's very helpful support and expertise (from an onion perspective), I managed to cook this very tasty dish for 5 people (including me). I made one mistake: forgot to remove the whites when preparing the egg+cream mixture (sorry mum).
No, the nail polish isn't mine...
Ze meat. Mince beef. Sainsbury's ran out of lamb...
Ze aubergines. Deliciously microwaved.
The work(s) of art: two additional mini-dishes as the guests were hungry.
The critical moment: putting everyting in the oven.
The lucky guests. Laetitia, Angèle, Romain, Laure. (Yes, they're all French).
The "after": everything is empty, which I take as proof that my moussaka was indeed good.

Well you missed something... Check the empty dishes on the last picture. You would have LOVED it !
