It's amazing what you can do with a digital camera and a bit of imagination...

It’s now a month since I arrived in
I’ve been to the Roman baths, the Royal Crescent, visited a Georgian-style house, been to a Thai restaurant, Garfunkel’s, the cinema (Music and Lyrics!), Starbucks Coffee (not counting anymore), walked along the Kennet and Avon canal and the river Avon, found a pub called the Boat House that sells Brains beer in Bath, been to Prior Park, to 2 churchyards (must be my gothic side), to Cardiff, discovered Bath ales, am getting used to the local girls’ taste for not wearing many clothes when they go partying (believe me, this is NOT something you want to see).

I thought, for a change, that some black and white pictures could be nice. They convey different impressions... A bit sinister, very romantic and mysterious...
I walked uphill and took pictures of anything and everything... A lovely walk despite the rain.
The hilly landscape around Bath.
Sheep in Bath, in front of another crescent...
And on top of the hill, an unexpected village... Check the mini-castle in the background!
My next big walk: Cotswold Way!
It goes up and down, up and down...
Bath by night...
Et enfin une photo en couleur pour montrer que des tuiles rouges, il y en a aussi à Bath!

Brains SA, delicious!!!
Cardiff by night: drunken youth in the middle of the streets and police + ambulance just watching...
Noodles.
Pink.
The Museum.
Inside the museum.
Wait a minute, I know this place!
The Wales Millenium Centre.
Cardiff Bay ducks.
Customs House, I think.
Welsh Assembly, I think.
He didn't make it to his bed... Fell asleep there and never woke up again.
Where are we going?
Other random pictures...
The last meal in Cardiff: kebab from Kebab King!
Goodbye Cardiff.
My kebab mates. United in the battle against Kebab King.
This is what I call "having the train to ourselves".
